How Projects Work

Team Structure

1 Project Lead and 3–5 Consultants. Weekly client syncs, internal standups, and deliverable reviews.

Timeline

10–12 weeks per semester with mid-point and final readouts. Clear workplan and scope aligned to client goals.

Deliverables

Executive-ready slides, simple analytics dashboards, and implementation playbooks tailored to each client.
